Bespoke elements like artwork, greenery, and the music selection will reflect each city’s culture and ethos. Local florists, artists, and artisans will collaborate to make each bar feel truly unique.

Upon being greeted by the chef and glimpsing the open kitchen, guests will immediately feel like they are part of the action. Stylized shelving, transparent storage, and a quirky bar cart add a touch of homey appeal. The mood is completed by soft lighting, fresh and delicious cuisine, and an upbeat yet soothing atmosphere.

The menu is beverage led (60/40) but does encourage to eat small bites as well. The core DNA of the drinks list includes crafted beer and affordable wines, juices and gourmet tea and coffees. Classic and sophisticated cocktails can also be part of the menu according to the tier concept level chosen.

Most drinks look homemade with glassware to reflect this. Some signature moments and touches to emphasize the neighborhood and homely feel.
